1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Services

MEMAAR ASSOCIATES provides architecture, interior design, civil construction, infrastructure development, engineering consultancy, and related services. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Architecture design and planning
• Interior design and decoration
• Civil construction and project execution
• Engineering consultancy
• 3D rendering and visualization
• Landscape design

3. Project Engagement

Consultation and Quotation

Initial consultations may be provided free of charge. Detailed quotations will be provided based on project scope, requirements, and specifications.

Contract Agreement

All projects require a signed contract agreement specifying project scope, timeline, deliverables, payment terms, and other relevant conditions.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment schedules will be outlined in individual project contracts
• Advance payments may be required to commence work
• Final payments are due upon project completion
• Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the contract

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, plans, and creative works produced by MEMAAR ASSOCIATES remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, rights to use the designs for the specified project are transferred to the client.

6. Project Timeline

We strive to complete projects within agreed timelines. However, timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, material availability, client delays in decision-making, or regulatory approvals.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate project information and requirements
• Obtain necessary permissions and approvals
• Make timely decisions on design and material selections
• Provide site access as required
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule

8. Liability and Warranties

We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. However, we are not liable for:

• Delays caused by factors beyond our control
• Changes in regulations or building codes
• Defects in materials supplied by third parties
• Unauthorized modifications to our designs

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the contract with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Termination terms, including payment for work completed, will be outlined in individual contracts.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Karad, Maharashtra, India.

11. Modifications

MEMAAR ASSOCIATES reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revision date.
